GROUP CLASSES

This 60 minute session combines functional movements at varying degrees of intensity to challenge the individual and safely improve fitness. Workouts are different every day and modified to help each athlete achieve his or her goals. These workouts can be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.

BOOT CAMP

This class combines a variety of cardiovascular and functional movements without the barbell. Open to all fitness levels. No foundations requirements and no complex lifts.

THE NOONER

This class follows our traditional format of warm-up, strength and a short met-con with emphasis on the strength phase. Workouts combine body-weight exercises, light lift movements, and gymnastics. The Nooner is open to the general public. No foundations requirements and no complex lifts.

little beasts youth class (6 - 10 years old)

This 60 minute class pairs fitness and fun for ages 6 - 10. Workouts are focused on foundational movements with an emphasis on performing them safely and effectively.

OPEN GYM

For experienced members to spend extra time working on weakness, building strength, or developing skills.

BOOTS & BRewS BEACH BOOT CAMP

Designed for all fitness levels. Come for a fun, safe total body workout on the shores of Indian Harbour Beach. The exercises allow participants to challenge themselves individually and work as a team.

Periodic specialty course for members to spend time learning, studying and practicing the Olympic lifts. Our certified coaches focus on clean & jerk and snatch techniques.
