PERSONAL TRAINING

Access a one-on-one session or organize personal training for you and one or two close friends. This is an awesome way for beginners to learn the requirements of training, or for experienced gym-goers to take their fitness to the next level.  

 

cRossfit CLASSES

This 60 minute session combines functional movements at varying degrees of intensity to challenge the individual and safely improve fitness. Workouts are different every day and modified to help each athlete achieve his or her goals. These workouts can be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.

hiit class

Our inclusive blend of strength & conditioning is designed to get you fit and on with your life. We offer a variety of movements to keep your workouts varied and challenging. Open to all fitness levels. No foundations requirements and no complex lifts. We created this class in conjunction with Up and Running Fitness specifically to help runners and endurance athletes.

little beasts youth class (6 - 10 years old)

This program is designed to introduce the younger set to basic exercise concepts. The class duration is relatively short and its play-based curriculum is entirely geared towards teaching kids to think of exercise as FUN. Skills are focused on the very basic foundations of functional movement and age appropriate developmental motor skills for the average child. This 45 minute class pairs fitness and fun for ages 6 - 10.

OPEN GYM

For experienced members to spend extra time working on weakness, building strength, or developing skills.

OLYMPIC LIFTING COURSE

Periodic specialty course for members to spend time learning, studying and practicing the Olympic lifts. Our certified coaches focus on clean & jerk and snatch techniques.
