Another Saturday has rolled around… Remember we have our Members Only 8AM WOD followed by the 9:30 OPEN WOD. Then we’ll have EB instructing some Yoga at 11…. That’s quite a full day.
While I’m making announcements I may as well say that next Saturday we’ll only be having a single WOD but it will be at the BEACH! Digz will be leaving for St Louis soon and requested a beach WOD before she leaves so it has to be then! I’ll have a BEACH WOD post up on Sunday detailing the specifics but trust me it’ll be fun!

For each person, complete the following for time. Everyone must run 400m, individually, the rest of the reps can be broken in anyway amongst team members and may be completed in any order.
Once you start an exercise though you must complete that exercise before moving to another.
5 Tire Flips
5 Rope Climbs (20 Rope Stand-ups)
30 Box Jumps
60 Kettlebell Swings
If you’re new… don’t fret we’ll have a scaled workout set-up and you’ll get a chance to meet some great CrossFit folk as well as get in a bit of Yoga if you’d like!
