10: Squat Clean Thruster (1 Rep)
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes do 1 squat clean thruster. Build in weight and record your highest.
Alternating between 2 weights: light and fast (start less than 50% your 1RM), and a heavy lift (start at 85%, then move up if it feels good). Give yourself about 2-3 minutes between sets.
Log the weight of your heaviest set of 3.
