HAPPY VALENTINE’s DAY kids! We got your love waiting for you, or is that your hate? Errr… no matter we’ve got something for all those cute CrossFit couples out there! What else is there to do on a Tuesday evening in Melbourne but to look deep into each others eyes and get all hot and sweaty! That’s right it’s a team WOD just for you to share with that special someone. So without further ado:
In the spirit of Valentines Day partner up and complete 3rds of:
10 One leg kettlebell deadlift per side
5 turkish-getups per side
*Each person will complete one full round and then their partner will complete a round. If you don’t have a partner just take 1min in between rounds. Pick a weight and stay there, you should not be able to do all roundsof the get-up unbroken and if you do you went too light. There is no time component.
