The Clean Deadlift High Pull is exactly like the Sumo Deadlift High Pull, but uses the ‘Power Clean’ hand positioning/grip. Be sure to really use those hips when ‘popping’ the bar up to the high pull. Use the weight you worked up to on MondayCleans for the High Pulls.
5 X 7 Clean Deadlift High Pull
Every minute on the minute sprint 10M. Add 1 sprint each minute. First minute: 1 X 10M sprint. Second minute: 2X10M sprint. etc until athlete can’t finish allotted number of sprints for the round. When you can’t complete the sprints perform the specified number of jump squats until the last man standing on the sprints.
