SKILL

1 MAX L-SIT:   Record time.

then

3 MINTUTES L-SIT

WOD

Every minute on the minute sprint 10M. Add 1 sprint each minute. First minute: 1 X 10M sprint. Second minute: 2X10M sprint. etc until athlete can’t finish allotted number of sprints for the round. When you can’t complete the sprints perform the specified number of jump squats until the last man standing on the sprints.
