Our one-on-one training sessions take place around your schedule and can be booked during the quieter hours at the facility, making them a good option for those who may have “gym-timidation.” Additionally, they may be a better fit for those who need to exercise at times when classes are not offered.

These 30-minute sessions can easily fit into your lunch hour with enough time to spare for a shower and a bite to eat before returning to the “treadmill” of work.
