I am stronger and more fit. I truly feel that I am in the best shape of my life. Since starting CrossFit, I ran my 1st half marathon, competed in multiple triathlons, participated in several runs (5K and 10K) and enjoyed many obstacle runs. One of my more enjoyable things has been my participation in back to back Ragnar Relay Runs (a team relay run from Miami to Key West).
