We are a recognized CrossFit affiliate and follow its methodologies. Our training has been developed to enhance an athlete’s competencies at all tasks across the ten recognized fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.
We work with compound movements and short high-intensity workout sessions. The movements and high-intensity workout sessions have been demonstrated to produce broader results over a spectrum of fitness measures.
